Labradorite Pearl Earrings

These earrings were beautifully designed by artist Phillip Allen Hefner. Phillip is known for his beautiful custom pieces and this is no exception.

At first glance, an uncut Labradorite is a dull green-gray stone, but when the light catches it, the stone displays vivid yellow, blue, and green colors, as well occasional pink, purple and orange.  Labradorite is such a beautiful semi precious stone. The facets reveal so many different colors as they hit the light.

The stud is a freshwater pearl. Pearls and Labradorites are highly compatible stones.The faceted, mystical nature of labradorite pairs well with the smooth, organic shape and sheen of pearls. 

Labradorite is often called the "Stone of Magic" for awakening intuition and transformation. Pearls represent calm, wisdom, and emotional balance. They are frequently styled together in fine and artisan jewelry—such as wire-wrapped drop earrings or layered bead necklaces—blending effortlessly with silver, gold, or gunmetal settings.
