ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you love your purchase. If not,we accept returns for an exchange, in-store credit, or website credit only.We do not issue refunds.

  • Full Price clothing and shoes are eligible for exchange or website credit. Items must be postmarked within 5 days of delivery date. Please IMMEDIATELY inspect and try on your clothing and/or shoes upon arrival.  The item(s) must be unworn, have tags attached and in original packagaing. Receipt must be included with return.
  • FINAL SALE ITEMS INCLUDE: All jewelry, scarves, gift items (such as candles), handbags, bras and intimate apparel, socks, gift cards, sale and discounted items unless it arrives damaged or defective. 
  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned. Please send photo via email of damage.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you at your expense or the item will be donated.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. This includes, but is not limited to,Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke or product stains. If we receive items in this condition, we will contact you for payment to return or we will donate the item(s).
  • All Sale and coupon code items are final sale.
  • Personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return unless there is a mistake in manufacturing your order

IN SHOP RETURNS

For IN STORE purchases we offer exchanges or in-store credit only within 7 days of purchase with original tags attached. Customer must provide receipt.Return eligibility is the same as for online purchases.

HOW TO SEND A RETURN BACK:

Please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

Complete the return form located at the bottom of  the page and include it inside all boxes you are returning.

Securely repackage your items for shipping.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping is not reimbursed by Sole in the City. Items that are non-refundable and sent back to the shop will be donated or sent back for a $30 fee.

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx and email us the tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to the shop.

Once we receive your items they will be processed within 2-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note:

Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from or added to the order. If you would like to change the size of an item before it ships feel free to contact us via e-mail at info@soleinthecity.net or 865-249-7329. Calling the shop is the quickest way to try and change a size.We will make every effort to accommodate your request if your order has not been fulfilled. Personalized orders are not refundable or returnable.

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $250 in the United States! Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Sole in the City is not responsible for items that are lost upon transit.

Orders take 3-4 business days to process and are shipped UPS or USPS. If you need anything rush shipped please notify us at info@soleinthecity.net or call us at 865.249.7329. You will be responsible for the price upcharge.

We will send you a tracking number once your item has shipped.  Returns take 2-3 days to process after receiving to the store. We will notify you once we have received your item.
