Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States! Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Sole in the City is not responsible for items that are lost upon transit.

Orders take 3-4 business days to process and are shipped UPS or USPS. If you need anything rush shipped please notify us at info@soleinthecity.net or call us at 865.249.7329. You will be responsible for the price upcharge.

We will send you a tracking number once your item has shipped.  Returns take 2-3 days to process after receiving to the store. We will notify you once we have received your item.
